Skaha Health is located across from beautiful Skaha Lake Park. We offer chiropractic care consisting of spinal manipulative therapy (adjusting), rehabilitative exercises, nutritional recommendations, and rock tape.  
Chiropractic is a non-invasive therapy used to help alleviate disorders of the nerves, muscles, and skeleton including: Whiplash, back and neck pain, foot pain, shoulder pain and more.

Skaha Health is open limited hours to allow Dr Lena to balance family and work life.

Dr. Lena Krake
Dr. Lena believes in a holistic approach to health. She understands that health is a journey. Longer treatment times allow us to get to the root of pain and discomfort. 

Dr. Lena uses a whole body approach to treatment. Understanding that everything from your ankle to your jaw is connected through many different tissues allows for a comprehensive and unique treatment approach.
